Political Negativism

I am disgusted with the present election campaigning. I can not remember an election in Connecticut with so much negative advertising. Both parties are guilty of it. Much of it borders on hate. I receive so much misinformation that I now go immediately to Snopes.com to verify the information. Almost always the information is false.
In order to vote intelligently this year one must wade through the dribble and sound bites that have become part of each campaign.
